you will need:
a whole wheat sub roll
hummus (I used homemade garlic hummus. Yum!)
fresh spinach
cucumber slices
tomato slices
pesto
add in any order. Go ahead and try it and tell me its not the best sandwich you've ever had. I think I might go make another one now...
